An aloe vera-based hair treatment is a real panacea for the health of your hair. Here, in fact, are some of the main benefits that aloe vera gel brings to our hair:

• Hair with dandruff: aloe is an excellent solution against dandruff and itching problems on the scalp, thanks to the presence of fatty acids. Itching and dandruff, if not properly treated, could turn into unpleasant dermatitis.

• Oily hair: aloe vera hair oil allows you to deeply cleanse the hair follicle by eliminating sebum and other residues deposited. Aloe vera, unlike other cosmetics on the market, acts delicately on the hair without damaging it.

• Weak hair: Hair that tends to break or fall out is everyone's nightmare. Aloe vera oil, thanks to its concentration of vitamin B1 and folic acid, is an excellent solution against brittle hair problems and hair loss. The presence of vitamins A, C and E promotes cell turnover, giving the hair a shiny appearance.

• Slowly growing hair: the aloe vera gel increases the blood circulation of the scalp, favoring the growth process.                                                                                                                   

• How to do:

  • Prepare a mixture with 2 tablespoons of aloe vera oil and 2 tablespoons of water, with the addition of a few drops of an essential oil of your choice.

  • Apply the mixture evenly on the scalp.

  • Leave to act for an hour, possibly wrapping the head with a sheet of plastic wrap.

  • Rinse well with plenty of water, removing the gel.

  • Complete the wash with a mild conditioner and shampoo, preferably with a natural composition.
