All orders will be prepared from 24 working hours following receipt of the confirmation e-mail and in a maximum of 1-3 business days. The delivery times indicated below take into account only the interval between the courier collection and the final delivery.

DELIVERY OF THE ORDER

To be sure of a hassle-free delivery, we recommend that you:

Use a delivery address where someone can be present to collect the order. For example, your workplace address or a neighbor's home. If you want to change the delivery address at a later time, please contact our customer service WITHIN THE DAY.

Track your shipment. In this way you will always be able to know at what point of the journey your package is, when ideally it could be delivered to you, and if there were any problems (for example if the courier had not found anyone at delivery, or if the address was unobtainable. ). This way you can contact the courier immediately.

Make sure your name is clearly visible on the front door to help the courier deliver!
If no one will be present at the delivery address when your package arrives, the courier will attempt to deliver the package 1 or 2 more times.
